JWT-signed QR tickets, door control with re-entry and rejection reasons, registration prefilled by national ID, badge printing, team roles, Mercado Pago payments and an embeddable iframe registration widget.
The platform ran FESTECH Ibagué 2026 (City of Ibagué, Sep. 17–19): 4,485 tickets issued, 3,334 check-ins, 1,555 on the peak day and bursts of 67 entries in 5 minutes through a single door.
Fixed a race condition in capacity counting with atomic PostgreSQL counters, and moved JWT verification local to cut over 100,000 daily calls to the auth provider.
Moved off Render and Vercel to a self-managed server (cPanel) with GitHub Actions builds; built an OAuth2 (PKCE) + MCP connector so an AI assistant can operate the platform. 1,800+ automated tests across API and web.

Full migration off Supabase: PostgreSQL on Neon with plain SQL, files on Cloudflare R2 (consents in a private bucket), Express API on Railway and Next.js 16 on Vercel, for about USD 5/month.
Custom authentication: short-lived in-memory JWT, rotating refresh token in an httpOnly cookie, argon2id and Google OAuth.
AI copilot (Anthropic) to edit content by chat or voice, and a security audit with 4 critical issues fixed. In integration: an OAuth-protected MCP server with human confirmation, blocking CSP with CI, and health-data consent under Colombian law (Ley 1581).
